Payment
Martin Jepsen Studio accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be drawn from your account when your order has been shipped. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and includes VAT. Payments are managed through Stripe.
Shipping
Denmark
Orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO or PostNord and cost DKK 50. The parcel is delivered at a pickup point near your address. You will receive a text message once your order has been shipped and when it is ready for pick up. Orders are shipped as soon as possible after you place your order.
Europe
Orders can be shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Orders are shipped with DAO and cost DKK 130. Orders are sent to your private address or a local collection point, depending on the country. You will receive a text message once your order has been shipped and when it is ready for pick up. Orders are shipped as soon as possible after you place your order.
Rest of world
For now, I am not able to ship to countries not mentioned above. However, if you have a specific request please do get in touch at info@martinjepsen.com.
Complaints
If you receive a product that is damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible via info@martinjepsen.com. If possible, include pictures of the damage in your e-mail.
As per Danish Sale of Goods Act, all products are covered by a two-year legal warranty that covers defect or faulty goods. The warranty applies to defects and faults present at the time of purchase. It does not cover damages caused by improper handling of the product.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive the product. Please contact me at info@martinjepsen.com. You can then return the poster to Nordre Frihavnsgade 17C, 1.tv, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark. You must cover the cost of shipping yourself. After receiving the product, all payments will be refunded, including the original shipping costs.
Exchange
You can exchange a purchased product with another product on the store, provided the purchased product is undamaged. You must cover the additional shipping costs. If you wish to exchange your purchased product, please get in touch at info@martinjepsen.com.
